Incorporated in 1998, Quality Cheese is a manufacturer and retailer of Italian specialty cheeses, including the Bella Casara line of products. Founded by Almerigo Borgo, who immigrated to Canada 45 years ago, Quality Cheese remains in the Borgo family and is currently operated by fourth generation Borgos.

The facility, located in Vaughan, Ontario, is widely recognized for its soft Italian cheeses, which have won numerous awards of the years.

In addition to the Bella Casara line, Quality Cheese produces Albert’s Leap cheeses as well as products for various brands.
