Fromagerie Champêtre’s Swiss cheese has an ivory-coloured paste dotted with holes. It delivers mild fresh milk aromas and rich lactic flavours with nutty notes and a hint of fruit.

La Fromagerie Champêtre was established in 1995 by Luc Livernoche, a former Saputo employee. The building was originally located in Repentigny and produced Cheddar and fresh cheeses. Ripened cheese production began in 2001. The family business was relocated (and expanded) in the Le Gardeur industrial park in 2003.
