Brebiole has a beautiful, cream-coloured bloomy rind. Its slightly chalky paste features fresh milk aromas and buttery cream flavours with a delicate zesty note.

Brebiole means small ewe in old French. Introduced in 2015, it is currently the only bloomy rind ewe milk log on the market.

Cheesemaker

The first cheeses made by Les fromages du Verger were introduced in 2008, one year after Brigitte and Michel Guérin acquired an apple orchard on a mountain in St-Joseph-du-Lac.
