Bella Casara Burrata has a white paste with slight elasticity. Its creamy, buttery interior features fresh milk aromas with mild lactic and cream notes and a bit of tang.

Burrata is a ball of fresh mozzarella filled with fresh cream and mozzarella curd. It is best eaten as fresh as possible.
