Located in Quebec city, the brand new artisanal charcuterie "Le Bangard" is a project led by Philippe and Simon, both passionate about food and hospitality. Formerly restaurateurs and sommeliers, the two partners turned to charcuterie to satisfy their need for creativity. Drawing on their culinary experience, they create saucissons, whole dried pieces and rillettes highlighting tasty products and a gastronomic approach.
The name of their company reflects this spirit focused on quality food: formerly, in France, the bangard was responsible for monitoring the progress of the harvests. This was a crucial role in ensuring harvests at the right time, in quantity as well as quality. Their mission is to prepare artisanal charcuterie combining flavors from around the world and the finest local products.
