Free-range duck farming has been the main occupation since the company was founded in 2003, after Yolande and Pascal Klein acquired a piece of farmland in Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges. Since then, their children Camille and Pierre have become part of the family business, carrying on with family traditions, and according to the same values regarding animal welfare.
