Cows 2-year Cheddar has a yellowish rind with a firm, slightly crumbly texture. It features a salted butter aroma and rich, sharp buttery and nutty notes with a subtly tangy fruit finish.

This Cheddar is made with unpasteurized milk from small dairy farms that dot the Prince Edward Island coastline.
