A dairy farm also involved in field crops and market farming, Ferme ABG Blackburn is 750 acres of arable land operated by a family of dedicated farmers for four generations. With its Holstein herd of over 250 cows, the dairy farm prides itself on producing superior quality milk that draws on the richness of the northern terroir, which is also responsible for the exceptional and distinctive taste of its cheeses.

Fromagerie Blackburn proudly offers unique cheeses made from its own dairy production. Using traditional methods supplemented by sustainable technological equipment, the cheese dairy is able to maintain the quality of its products with remarkable consistency.

The Blackburn family is present at every stage of the cheese’s aging process to ensure it reaches its optimum quality. The smallest details matter: rind, aroma, colour and texture are all elements that are closely monitored and controlled. Thanks to their skill and experience, their great knowledge of the world of cheeses and their passion, the cheesemakers deliver their products with all the taste, individual notes and flavours their fans have come to expect.
