Cows Creamery butter is made by churning the cream slowly for a long time in traditional churns. It contains 84% fat (compared to 80% in regular butters). This creates a creamier taste and silkier texture than industrial butter. It comes in three types: Unsalted, Sea Salt and Cultured Butter.
