Le Rondelait has a washed rind, brownish in colour with a smooth, unctuous paste. It features vegetal and floral aromas, along with medium intensity flavours that are floral and delicately caprine.
Le Rondelait won a Caseus award (Québec cheese competition) promptly after it was introduced in 2016.
